-By entering this page and enrolling in a membership with Middle Tn FFL , you attest that you are great and legal standing in the State of Tennessee and in all states of the United States of America to own the firearm you are looking to purchase. 

-You must pass a background check for any regulated item before taking ownership of that item.

-We will only sell to individuals over the age of 21. 

-The buyer must pick up firearm they purchased. The buyers information MUST match their Tennessee Drivers License or other government supplied ID. (i.e. military orders).

-No firearms will be shipped to your place of residence.

-All transfers and background checks will be paid with cash.

-Membership is good for 364 days from date of purchase.

-Membership is non-refundable and not transferable. 

- All firearm and firearm related sales are final. 

-All ammunition sales are final.

- If you fail to pass the background check or attempt to pick up an item that does not have your information on it, you are responsible for paying to have that item restocked by the supplier.
